Please note, personalized items are not eligible for a "buyers remorse" return. This means we cannot accept returns and issue a full refund for personalized items if you change your mind after receiving your order.
For non-personalized items, we have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and undamaged. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase using one or more of the following:
Your original order ID may be found in your online account, your order confirmation email/SMS, other order-related email/SMS messages from Address America, or the paperwork included in your order.
In most cases, we can find and match your order with your name and order ID. We may require your email address, phone number, or delivery address if there are any issues with matching your order in our system.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@addressamerica.com. We will review your request to ensure your order is eligible for a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not return items without contacting us to request a return. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and fix it by sending a replacement or replacement parts.
We do not accept returns for personalized items, such as address signs. We also do not accept returns on wholesale purchases or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We offer exchanges for non-personalized items, such as fence finials or poles. If you are interested in exchanging your item, please contact us at support@addressamerica.com. We will help you find the right product for your needs and facilitate the exchange.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
